My professional career spans government, non-profit, education, retail, energy, and food & beverage. From my early career as a juvenile probation officer and training court advocates to working as an adjunct professor and consulting within the faith community, to building a career in the corporate sector leading the talent management function – it’s always been about building people and advancing organizations.

 

At the peak of my corporate career, I supported 32 functional business units across 15 states, influencing staff and leadership development and employee and business partner engagement, contributing to operational results. As a shared services partner and Center of Excellence lead, I understand firsthand what it means to think, plan and execute strategically while driving results with an operational focus.  

 

Today,  that experience is translated to designing, implementing, and evaluating custom interventions and enterprise solutions to develop people and advance organizations.
