After the company was acquired and my role shifted, I transitioned into consulting and demonstrated that those same systems were effective across Fortune 500 clients through Created2Catapult, my certified B2B supplier firm.
Now, as Created2Catapult pivots into a digital and mission-driven space, my focus is on bringing that experience back inside an enterprise — building succession, integration, and leadership systems that actually last.
